If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 7 business days of receiving your items. Please email us immediately to initiate the process.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and items remain your responsibility until they are received by us. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as s.k. manor hill is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

All returned items must be new, unworn, and unwashed, with all original packaging and hang tags attached. Returns with removed or cut hang tags will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email if it has been approved. If a return does not meet our requirements, you may choose to have the item sent back to you at your own expense.
